Effective Date: 11 August 2025

Donations made to Swami Vivekananda Youth Foundation are voluntary and non-refundable, except in the case of proven technical errors.

1. Non-Refundable Nature of Donations

As a non-profit organization, funds are allocated immediately to ongoing programs and therefore cannot be refunded once processed.

2. Exceptions for Refund

A refund will be considered only if:

• The donation was made due to a technical error (e.g., duplicate transaction).
  
• An incorrect amount was charged.
  

3. Refund Request Process

To request a refund:

• Email info@svyfoundation.org within 7 working days of the donation.
  
• Include your name, transaction ID, date of donation, and proof of payment.
  
• Once verified, refunds will be processed within 10–15 working days to the original payment method.
  

4. No Cash Refunds

All refunds will be issued electronically via PayPal or bank transfer.
